Anna & M.G.R.Square

At the end of the Marina Beach is Anna Square where lie buried the moral remains of Dr.C.N.Annadurai, former Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, Next Dr.M.G.R. Samathi and beautiful park. It is located in the center of beautiful park the entrance of which is spectacular arch in the shape of twin convergin tusks. The tomb is flanked by an imposing memorial pillar and an eternal flame.

Chennai Marina Beach

The Priden the Chennai City. It is one of the world's longest artificial beaches, running 12 km in length with it's natural sandy beauty and spacious promenade, the beach continues to be the most sought after rezendvous of many. It has acquired a south India aura with vendors hosking wars ranging from shell and glass baubles to kites and fruits juices.

Chennai Santhome Cathedral Church

Chennai Sri Parthasarthy Temple

An ancient Lord Krishna Temple, it was originally built by the Pallavas in the 8th Century. But it was occupied at various times in 16th and 17th centuries by Galchonda. Dutch and French. A distrinctive feature of the temple is that houses five incarnations (avatars) of Lord Vishnu and even has a small shrine to Vishnu's consort Vedavalli Ammal.

Chennai - Mylapore Kapaleeshwarar Temple

An ancient Shiva Temple. It is a delightful introduction in Dravidian Temple Architecture. There are some fragmentary inscriptions 1250 AD which were damaged in 1566 by the portuguese and the original Temple was demolished. The present temple was rebuilt by the Vijaynagar Kings in the 16th Century.
